GigFS Worker
Anyone who is not looking for a permanent job or for whom a regular job is not an option can become a GigFS Worker. People who have a business and are looking for additional earning opportunities are also interesting, especially if they can contribute certain resources, such as a car (self-employed taxi driver, logistics).

Acquisition Module
The Acquisition Module uses modern channels like Facebook, Google, and market research to recruit suitable workers for the field service. We use algorithms and machine learning to find the best talents that match the requirements of our clients.

Onboarding Module
In the Onboarding Module, potential GigFS workers are first tested for their suitability for deployment in the field service. Specific knowledge and skills relevant to the respective tasks are queried. Furthermore, the legal formalities are clarified to ensure a smooth deployment of the workers. The Onboarding Module also includes comprehensive training to prepare the workers for their tasks.

Academy
The GigFS Academy offers GigFS workers the opportunity to continuously improve their skills. Specific training on various topics is offered to keep the workers up to date. The Academy also provides general know-how on topics such as customer service, communication, and safety regulations.

Matchmaking Module
The Matchmaking Module enables effective pairing of GigFS workers with the requirements of the clients. It considers various factors such as availability, skills, geographic location, and transportation options. Using an intelligent algorithm, the ideal GigFS worker is found for each task.

Billing Models
Order/Ticket-Based
Billing based on completed orders or tickets. Billing is done per order or ticket, regardless of the time required for completion. This option is ideal for clients who have short-term and unpredictable tasks and only want to pay for the actual work performed. GigFS Workers can flexibly manage their time and accept tasks that match their skills and interests.
Retainer-Based
Fixed commitments to availability and skills. In this model, the GigFS Worker commits to being available to the client for a specific time period. The client thus receives a fixed number of work hours or days per week or month. This option is ideal for clients who have a continuous need for workforce and want to rely on the availability of qualified GigFS Workers. Billing is based on an agreed hourly or daily rate.
Contingents & Individual Contracts
Flexible options for different needs. GigFS also offers flexible options for clients with special requirements. Contingent contracts allow booking a certain number of work hours or days in advance. Individual contracts, on the other hand, can be tailored to the specific requirements of the client. Billing is done according to the agreed conditions.

Founding and Pilots
We are launching acceptance market tests and bringing the first GigFS workers together with clients. In this phase, the focus is on testing the platform and collecting feedback from both sides. We will carefully select and qualify the GigFS workers to ensure they have the right skills and experience for the requirements of our pilot customers. By using AI-powered processes, we optimize the selection and assignment to maximize efficiency. The insights gained from this pilot phase will help us further develop and improve the platform.
Platform Decision
The GigFS platform will be cloud-based to ensure maximum flexibility and scalability. We are aiming for rapid development to meet the needs of the market and our users. The modular concept allows the platform to be expanded and adapted to individual requirements. The integration of AI elements is an essential part of our strategy to increase the efficiency of the platform and optimize the processes.
